Seasonal Nourishment
Don’t waste another cycle feeling drained.
Â
Reconnect with the wisdom of your body to live EVERY season with vitality and aliveness, honoring your own pace while feeling inspired and resourced to create a life that’s yours.
Join us for this complimentary workshop led by Jennifer Mya, and stop burning out on the way to your dreams.
You're not burnt out because you lack discipline. You're burnt out because you've been trying to create a meaningful life while disconnected from yourself.
There is another way. One that doesn't ask you to abandon yourself in order to create the life you're here for.
What if the problem isn't you?
What if you aren't exhausted because you're lazy...
or undisciplined...
or not motivated enough…
or just need to “do the thing”...
What if you've simply been trying to build your life in a way that asks you to constantly override yourself?
Because the thing is - your body knows how to align with nature, but you’ve been taught to disconnect from both, and leave yourself behind in order to create the life you think you should want.
No wonder you're tired.
This workshop will introduce a completely different way of relating to your energy, your purpose, and your life.
Seasonal Nourishment
During Our Time Together You'll...
Understand why rest alone hasn't changed how you feel, and the root of chronic exhaustion.
Learn why true (and the most easeful) change begins by reconnecting with your body, not controlling it.
Recognize the hidden ways you've been abandoning yourself in pursuit of the life you thought you needed.
Experience a simple framework for working with your energy and cycles instead of constantly overriding them.
...And leave with a clearer understanding of your next step.
Why This Matters Before Autumn
Nature doesn't bloom all year.
She moves through seasons.
Summer invites us into action.
Autumn invites us to gather what we've cultivated.
Winter invites us to rest, replenish, and nourish what is quietly growing beneath the surface.
But so many women arrive in these seasons already depleted.
Instead of harvesting, we're surviving.
Instead of using winter to tend the seeds of what's next...
we spend it recovering.
When we ignore our own rhythms long enough, we lose touch with the very wisdom that knows how to guide us.
This workshop is an invitation to interrupt that cycle NOW before it repeats itself - again.
Seasonal Nourishment
Restore your energy, reconnect you with your inner wisdom, and move toward your dreams without abandoning yourself along the way.
Join us for this live workshop and receive the permission you need to be exactly where you're at. We welcome all parts of you, sister.
The feminine isn't something you have to become.
She isn't another version of yourself you need to achieve, perfect, or perform.
She is the part of you that has always been there.
~ The part that knows how to listen.
~ The part that knows what you need.
~ The part that longs to create, express, love, and live fully.
But so many of us have learned to disconnect from her.
We've learned to override our bodies, silence our intuition, push through exhaustion, and look outside ourselves for answers.
Coming home to your feminine is the journey of rebuilding that relationship—with yourself, your body, and your inner wisdom.
And this journey is not one we are meant to walk alone.
Women need to be witnessed.
We need to be held in a space where we feel safe enough to soften, remember, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve been taught to hide.
This is the work Jennifer has devoted herself to for years: creating spaces where women can reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve been taught to ignore, and remember the power that was there all along.
So you can stop trying to earn the life you were always already worthy of living.
Jennifer Mya || Healer, Guide, Feminine Embodiment Mentor
Jennifer Mya is an empowerment guide, mentor, and somatic embodiment facilitator for women who know they came here for more and are ready to reconnect with the deepest truth of who they are.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief:
You were never meant to abandon yourself in order to create a beautiful life.
For much of her life, Jennifer felt different. Like she didn’t quite fit into the world around her. She experienced the tension of feeling both not enough and too much—too sensitive, too affected by others, too aware of things she couldn’t always explain.
It was through her own journey inward that she began to understand these parts of herself differently. What she once saw as challenges became gateways into deeper intuition, connection, and purpose.
Her path led her through yoga, Ayurveda, tantra, somatic healing, energy work, and deep exploration of the feminine. Through these teachings—and through her own healing journey—she discovered the power of coming back into relationship with her body, her inner wisdom, and the parts of herself she had learned to hide.
Today, Jennifer creates spaces for women to do the same: to release the patterns and conditioning that keep them disconnected from themselves, reconnect with their truth, and step forward with greater self-trust, freedom, and authenticity.
Through her coaching, mentorship, and women’s circles, Jennifer weaves together trauma-informed somatic practices, subconscious healing, feminine wisdom, and spiritual connection to guide women home to themselves.
Imagine if...
...you woke up with more energy because you were no longer fighting yourself.
...you trusted your body instead of constantly questioning it.
...you knew how to move toward your dreams without burning yourself out.
...you felt clear about your next chapter, not because you had all the answers, but because you'd learned to trust the wisdom within you.
This is the direction we're walking toward.
If something inside you has been whispering that there must be another way...
Maybe it's because there is.
You were never meant to abandon yourself in order to create a beautiful life. You were meant to feel safe in your own body, trust your own wisdom, honor your desires, and create from a place of connection instead of exhaustion.
This is the journey of coming home to yourself.
